Raven

This is my contest entry for Calgary Public Library's "Art of the book". First, I just wanted to make a very old, very damaged book, with a girl on it. Something fantasylike. But while working I figured out... I want her to be human. And as I searched for fairy tailes I found Seven raven from Grimms. I never heard about this one... So I just used it. :3

This is my first work for a contest, and I hope it will look good with all the other arts. It's about 15 cm high, (around 6 inches) made of plaster and acrylic paint.

Nem haltam meg, tényleg. XD
Ez a darab egy pályázatra készült, amit a Calgary könyvtár hírdetett.
Mivel a cím annyi, hogy a "könyv művészete", ezért arra gondoltam, hogy fantasy felé orientálódok. De a kis hölgy egyre inkább ember lett, ezért elkezdtem keresgélni a mesék között. Megakadtam Grimmnél, pontosabban a Hét hollónál. Rádöbbentem, hogy ez kimaradt a gyerekkoromból.

15 centi magas, így, térdelve, eddig ez a legnagyobb figurám.
